Terel was referred to me and my husband by a financial adviser. When I met with Terel, I had already interviewed seven other realtors, many of whom were from discount brokerages. I was all the more impressed, given that our property, which was an investment property, was located in a less desirable location, and there were several listings within a couple blocks of our property that had been on the market for several months.
