As a Silicon Valley native, Terel considers it an honor to serve the community he still calls home.
Combining an accounting degree with a CPA license, Terel spent a decade in a variety of accounting and finance management roles at such Silicon Valley firms as Deloitte, Cupertino Electric, and eBay. After a life coach identified Terel’s gifting and skills centered more around people and relationships, he transitioned to real estate in 2006, where his sophisticated approach and client-focused results positioned him in the top 1% of the largest real estate brokerage in the Bay Area.
Drawing from an unwavering commitment to integrity, a personal penchant for customer service, and extensive experience in negotiating, Terel both prides and charges himself with delivering his clients world-class service in their real estate transactions. This means smooth, successful transactions at the optimal price and in the quickest time frame. Through meticulous attention to detail, mastery of the real estate contract, and heavy lifting behind the scenes, Terel creates a carefree experience for his clients before, during, and after the transaction.
After 12 years of producing at the highest level, Terel parted with the big box brokerage model and joined Side, a venture-backed, tech-driven brokerage. Terel saw meaningful and powerful ways to better serve his clients with the progressive tools and support offered by Side. The choice to align with Side and form the Beppu Group was simple.
An avid outdoorsman, gardener, and cook, Terel is passionate about many things, but none so much as his wife of more than 15 years, Stacia, and sons, Cade and Bram.
